As a second generation title person, he has streamlined many title agencies, built numerous Title Plants and led large acquisitions. Tom brings 31+ years proven experience in starting and managing Title and Real Estate Information ventures in the States and abroad. He was a senior executive and founding member of what is now know as at Stewart Title's Property Information Corp. Having been a member of many of the major Title and Real Estate Information Industry trade associations, throughout his career, Tom is widely recognized as an industry expert.
Tom and his wife Sue reside in Houston along with their 4 boys. Both Tom and Sue are active in their community. Tom is a former Scoutmaster for Troop 1283 and remains active in scouting today.
With over 25 years experience as a leader in the title and settlement services industry, Dwight Dunlap is an accomplished attorney and Chief Title Officer. A published author and creator of many rules and guidelines used by today's title industry, Dwight is an expert in title insurance underwriting, handling claims and closing transactions. As a practicing attorney, Mr. Dunlap has taught university level Texas Department of Insurance approved seminars and is a Texas Real Estate Commission MCE Instructor. Dwight earned his BBA from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from the South Texas College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and Dwight & Diana, his wife enjoy a great dinner together.
