After years of consideration and months of preparation, Better Homes & Gardens, Realtors® has taken a bold step forward in building out its "Customer Centric" services platform, by creating the Gibraltar Title Services title agency. Launching in the first quarter of 2011, Gibraltar Title Services will focus on enhancing the real estate professionals' ability to provide outstanding customer service to their customers - home buyers and sellers in Houston.
"This has been something that we've wanted to do for quite a while," said Mark Woodroof, Managing Partner of Better Homes & Gardens, Realtors®. "By adding title services to our existing real estate, mortgage and insurance offerings, we will have a tremendous service offering, and yet another tool to provide excellent customer service to our customers."
Under the leadership of Tom Abbate, a seasoned executive, Gibraltar Title Services will start out small and grow logically, to service the Houston real estate agent community. Joining Tom, is Mr. Dwight J. Dunlap, Jr., an industry recognized attorney and former Chief Title Officer with over 25 years of proven experience.
